For more information about AbbVie, please visit us at Follow @abbvie on LinkedIn,Facebook,Instagram,XandYouTube. /ph3Job Description /h3pWe are looking for a bPlanning Manager /b to join our international manufacturing environment and play a key role in ensuring end-to-end supply chain planning excellence.br/This position operates in close synergy with internal functions on site as well as external stakeholders, contributing to the seamless flow of materials, production, and supply across the network. /ppThe Planning Manager, reporting to the site Supply Chain Director, will be responsible for leading and coordinating planning processes and a Master Scheduler Team across three main areas: /ph31) Demand Management /h3ulliConduct bRough Cut Capacity Planning checks and levelling /b /liliManage bOrders Feasibility and Firming /b /li /ulh32) Master Production Schedule /h3ulliDevelop and maintain the bMonthly Supply Plan /b identifying and monitoring bshort-term constraints /b (Maintenance activities, Line trials, Material issues, Resource availability) /liliLead bstakeholder alignment /b activities /li /ulh33) Detailed Scheduling /h3ulliBuild and maintain the bDetailed Sequence Plan /b /liliManage bProcess Order Release /b /liliOversee bBulk Batch Allocation /b /liliMonitor bSupply Chain End-to-End Performance /b /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliDegree in economics or engineering disciplines /liliAt least 3–5 years of experience in the role, with a strong focus on planning, demand/supply planning, production planning,



or supply chain management /liliExperience preferably gained in structured multinational environments /liliExperience in regulated or complex sectors, such as pharma, biotech, healthcare, or industrial manufacturing, is preferred /liliExperience managing teams or coordinating internal and external stakeholders /li /ulh3Systems Knowledge /h3ulliStrong knowledge of SAP, particularly planning-related modules and functionalities (PP and MM modules) /liliFamiliarity with scheduling / advanced planning systems and capacity and production planning tools /liliGood knowledge of advanced Excel and, preferably, data reporting and analytics tools such as Power BI / ClickView /liliExperience with ERP systems and demand planning / SOP tools is an advantage /li /ulh3Certifications /h3ulliCertifications in Supply Chain / Planning are a plus, such as:ulliAPICS / ASCM /liliCPIM /liliCSCP /liliProject management certifications such as PMP or lean / continuous improvement /li /ul /li /ulh3Soft Skills /h3ulliExcellent communication skills in English /liliStrong analytical and problem-solving skills /liliAbility to work in complex, matrixed, and international environments /li /ulh3Additional Information /h3pYour total reward package at AbbVie will be made up of multiple components, including compensation, well-being and benefits.br/In this role, you will receive base pay and incentive as per the local policy.
