You’ll ensure smooth and timely delivery of key people-related processes, from recruitment and onboarding to documentation and employee support. including company‑sponsored people programs and team communications. /p /li lipTake ownership of recurring documentation tasks, such as creating and updating internal HR processes, SOPs, and templates to ensure a compliant and well‑documented HR environment. /p /li /ul h3bRecruitment Hiring Support /b /h3 ul lipManage end‑to‑end recruitment tasks including job postings, candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, and process coordination. /p /li lipCollaborate with hiring managers to track progress, provide candidate updates, and maintain momentum throughout the hiring pipeline. /p /li lipHelp create a positive candidate experience from first contact to final offer. /p /li /ul h3bOnboarding /b /h3 ul lipCoordinate onboarding logistics, welcoming new hires and ensuring a smooth integration into the team. /p /li /ul h3bRequirements /b /h3 ul lipbMinimum of 2 years of experience /b in recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and negotiating offers — ideally within a bconsultancy or fast‑paced environment /b. /p /li lipHands‑on experience with bApplicant Tracking Systems /b, especially bAshby /b. /p /li lipProficient in bLinkedIn tools /b, especially bLinkedIn Recruiter /b, and familiar with other bsourcing platforms and talent engagement strategies /b. /p /li lipExperience supporting HR operations such as bpayroll /b, bbenefits /b, and bemployee services /b.
