Customer Service Agent – Slovenian speaker (Sofia, Bulgaria)

Role Overview

We are looking for a Slovenian-speaking Customer Service Agent to join a dynamic team in Sofia. You will assist customers across multiple channels, providing professional support and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound customer queries via phone, email, or chat

- Provide accurate information on products and services

- Resolve issues efficiently and professionally

- Maintain high customer satisfaction standards

- Follow company policies and procedures

Schedule

- Monday to Saturday: 09:00 – 23:00

- Sunday: 10:00 – 19:00

- Rotational shifts within these hours

Salary & Benefits

- Monthly gross Salary: €1,900/month
