Role Overview

As a Customer Service Agent, you will support Slovenian-speaking customers across multiple communication channels, delivering professional service and ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat

- Provide accurate and clear information about products and services

- Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally

- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction

- Follow internal policies, procedures,



and quality standards

Working Schedule

- Monday to Saturday: 09:00 – 23:00

- Sunday: 10:00 – 19:00

- Rotational shifts within these hours

Salary and Benefits

- Gross monthly salary: €1,900

Requirements
