ph3Principal Software Engineer, Load Balancer - Isovalent /h3pIn this role you will lead the architecture and development of Cisco Isovalent's next-generation load balancer built on eBPF. You will drive the data plane, control plane, and orchestration tooling to enable scalable, secure, and highly available traffic management in Kubernetes environments. You will mentor the team, perform design reviews, and optimize performance and security. You will collaborate across engineering, product, and customer teams to align technical direction with business goals. control plane and orchestration tools for scalable traffic management and high availability within Kubernetes /liliGuide the team through technical decisions, design reviews, and performance/security optimizations /liliCollaborate across engineering, product, and customer teams to align technical direction with business needs /liliContribute to and uphold engineering best practices, code quality, and operational excellence /liliBachelor in Computer Science /lili5+ years of experience developing load balancing software /liliexperience with Go /liliExperience with Kubernetes, Cloud Native workloads and/or distributed systems /liliPreferred: knowledge about Linux systems design, security and/or networking, Linux kernel /liliDesire to write high quality and efficient code /liliExperience designing and implementing APIs /liliPublic open-source code commits are a plus /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
