ph3Main Responsibilities /h3ullibBusiness Partnering Requirements Definition /bulliAct as the procurement focal point for CAPEX projects during the planning and sourcing phases. /liliPartner closely with Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing, Project Teams and Finance to understand project objectives and technical requirements. /liliChampion requirements where appropriate to identify alternative sourcing solutions, emerging technologies or value creation opportunities. /liliSupport stakeholders in developing sourcing strategies that align business objectives, budget expectations and operational requirements. /liliFacilitate alignment between technical needs and commercial objectives. /li /ul /lilibMarket Intelligence Supplier Discovery /bulliContinuously monitor supplier markets, industry developments and emerging technologies relevant to manufacturing investments. /liliIdentify and evaluate potential suppliers capable of supporting Prysmian's future expansion and modernization initiatives. /liliBuild knowledge of supplier capabilities, manufacturing capacity, geographic footprint and financial strength. /liliDevelop and maintain intelligence on market trends, pricing dynamics, lead times and supply risks impacting capital investments. /li /ul /lilibStrategic Sourcing Tender Management /bulliLead the end-to-end sourcing process from market assessment through supplier recommendation and contract award. /liliPlan and execute competitive sourcing activities including RFIs, RFQs, RFPs and supplier presentations. /liliCoordinate supplier communications throughout the tendering process. /liliEnsure suppliers are evaluated against clearly defined technical, operational and commercial criteria. /liliFacilitate structured supplier comparison processes and recommendation reviews. /liliDrive competitive tension to achieve the best overall value for Prysmian. /li /ul /lilibSupplier Evaluation Selection /bulliLead supplier due diligence and qualification activities.



/liliAssess suppliers based on: Technical capability, Execution capacity, Manufacturing footprint, Financial stability, Quality systems, Safety performance, Sustainability standards, Compliance requirements, etc. /liliCoordinate supplier audits, site assessments and capability reviews where required. /liliSupport decision-making through fact-based technical and commercial analysis. /liliRecommend suppliers that best meet Prysmian's investment, operational and risk management objectives. /li /ul /lilibCommercial Analysis Negotiation /bulliLead negotiations for major investment projects and strategic sourcing initiatives. /liliDevelop commercial evaluation models supporting supplier selection decisions. /liliAnalyze total cost of ownership, lifecycle costs and project economics. /liliStructure commercial agreements that balance project objectives, cash flow requirements and risk mitigation needs. /liliNegotiate key contractual elements including Payment schedules, Milestone structures, Cash flow optimization, Warranties, Performance guarantees, Liquidated damages, Risk allocation provisions, Contract termination rights, etc. /liliSupport project teams in achieving budget targets and investment approval requirements /liliProvide post-award commercial support to project teams through contract interpretation, commercial clarifications, change order negotiations, supplier escalations, claims resolution, dispute management and warranty-related discussions when required. /li /ul /lilibGovernance Procurement Excellence /bulliEnsure compliance with procurement policies, sourcing procedures and approval frameworks. /liliMaintain complete sourcing documentation supporting supplier selection decisions. /liliPrepare commercial summaries and recommendation packages for governance and approval committees. /liliPromote procurement best practices, standardization and transparency across investment projects. /liliSupport continuous improvement init /li /ul /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
