ppThis position is created to execute the Country expansion of Sungrow Renewables in Italy. The Investments and MA team is instrumental in originating, analysing, and executing the "buy-side" of MA opportunities and to finalize the project/plant selling, as well as organic investments and strategic analysis. This will allow the company to continue expanding its worldwide footprint and consolidating its standing as one of the major developers, Supplier and Contractor of renewable assets in the world. /p pThe individual in this role will own economic analysis models for investment opportunities, coordinate investment Due Diligence processes, prepare investment approvals and support in the execution of transaction documents. The individual will prepare strategic presentations for Sungrow Renewable Italy. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liCoordinate and execute the due diligence, structuring and negotiation of transaction documentation in potential MA opportunities. /li liCoordinate external advisors (e.g., legal counsel, financial advisor) and direct internal Sungrow teams for NBO and BO stages of execution of MA transactions. /li liParticipate in strategic analysis projects (namely portfolio analysis and partnerships). /li liPerform valuations and prepare investment memoranda to assist Sungrow decision-making bodies in global investment decisions.
/li liAnalyse greenfield projects in terms of economic risk and strategic options and provide reports of findings. /li liProduce and analyse financial models and assessing commercial data and assumptions which underlie financial forecasts. /li liSupport the preparation of Sungrow business plans and impairment analyses, in coordination with the Corporate Investments and MA Department. /li liBuilding effective working relationships within the business unit and participating in global technical communities to ensure a strong network of resources. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liMBA or MSC degree in Finance or related fields. /li liAt least 4-5 years in core valuation, MA, corporate finance or investment analysis. /li liBig4, Investment Banking or Private Equity background is a plus. /li /ul h3Required Skills /h3 ul liStrong knowledge of valuation (FCFF and FCFE), financing, accounting, and strategic analysis. /li liExperience in the Energy or Infrastructure sector, preferably in renewables, is required. /li liStrong teamwork skills. /li liAbility to manage empathetically interdepartmental relations within West European regions and Chinese Headquarter. /li liStrong time-management skills ability to work onsite and offsite with minimum supervision. /li liAbility to demonstrate strategic vision and high attention to detail. /li liValue alignment: stewardship, collaboration, innovation and with a spirit of excellence. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
