In 2012, the Prette family decided to focus on silver jewellery with a cutting-edge design, while continuing to perpetuate Ariane's legacy. /p pWith over 400 points of sale already, APM Monaco is continuing to expand and has many plans to open new stores around the world. /p pbAPM MONACO is recruiting a Supervisor for our new and first shop in Firenze Rinascente ! /b /p h3Sales generation: /h3 ul liRegularly achieve the personal sales target /li liAnalyse available sales reports and data to determine business needs and establish sales strategies. /li liSupport the development of sales techniques of associates, ensuring high levels of sales and service are used to maximise sales. /li liDemonstrate sales leadership to staff by playing an active role on the sales floor. /li liWork with the Store Manager / Assistant Store Manager to identify marketing opportunities to support sales. /li /ul h3Customer Service: /h3 ul liProvide the highest level of customer service. /li liManage customer database and use information to increase sales and customer contact. /li liResolve customer problems and complaints quickly and effectively. /li liHelp sales staff to resolve various customer service issues (dissatisfied customers, returns, faulty goods). /li /ul h3Operations: /h3 ul liEnsure the upkeep, presentation and organisation of the premises.



/li liEnsure deliveries are processed correctly and on time. /li liControl the movement of all stock and ensure that staff adhere to all transfer and receiving policies and procedures. /li liAdhere to stock accuracy and reduction requirements. /li liUnderstand and perform all point of sale management functions correctly. /li liSupport, promote and take responsibility for loss prevention in all areas of risk management, physical security, till controls, stock management and shop communication. /li /ul h3Merchandising/Visual: /h3 ul liImplement and maintain all merchandising guidelines and ensure the execution of effective merchandising strategies. /li liEnsure that the sales area is neat, clean and organised and that it reflects the correct visual image at all times. /li liTo ensure that the presentation of all displays, accessories and visual areas reflect the current visual orientation. /li liIdentify and communicate product issues in a timely manner. /li liCommunicate stock requirements to support the business objective. /li /ul h3Human Resources: /h3 ul liBased on the KPI target, provide guidance and support to the Senior Sales Associate and Sales Associate. /li liEnsure that image and housekeeping standards are professional, reflect the brand image and are maintained at all times. /li liProvide ongoing feedback to the Senior Sales Associate and Sales Associate to ensure results. /li liAct as second in charge when the Store Manager is not on duty. /li /ul h3Language : Italiano and English obligatory ! /h3 /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
