You will take full ownership of organising customer visits, balancing preventive maintenance, repairs, installations, and administrative activities while adapting to customer needs and priorities. /p pThe territory covers mainly, but not exclusively, Tuscany, Emilia‑Romagna, and Sardinia, with regular travel throughout the region. It also requires participation in international training abroad, when needed. Candidates based in Florence (preferred) or Bologna are strongly encouraged to apply. /p h3Portfolio /h3 ul liEndoscopy /li liOrthopaedic Instruments /li liNeptune 3 SafeAir /li /ul h3Key Responsibilities: /h3 h3Service Responsibilities /h3 ul liPerform preventive maintenance, repairs, inspections, and calibration of Stryker electronic and mechanical equipment. /li liInstall new systems and support software and hardware upgrades. /li liDeliver technical training to internal teams and customers where required. /li liEnsure all work is carried out in compliance with Stryker quality standards and regulatory requirements. /li /ul h3Planning Administration /h3 ul liIndependently plan and manage your annual service schedule across your assigned territory. /li liCoordinate customer visits efficiently while accommodating operational priorities and customer availability.
/li liComplete accurate service documentation and maintain traceability using internal reporting tools. /li liManage administrative tasks related to field activities, including reporting and service documentation. /li /ul h3Customer Support /h3 ul liBuild strong professional relationships with hospital staff and key stakeholders. /li liProvide technical support to customers, Product Managers, and the Sales team. /li liEscalate technical issues appropriately and ensure timely follow‑up on customer requests. /li liDeliver an excellent customer experience through professional, responsive, and solution‑oriented communication. /li /ul h3What We Are Looking For /h3 h3Education /h3 pBachelor’s degree or technical qualification in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field. /p h3Experience /h3 ul li1–3 years of experience as a Field Service Engineer or in a similar technical service role. /li liExperience servicing medical devices or other complex technical equipment is highly valued. /li liExperience working in hospital environments is considered an advantage. /li /ul h3Skills Competencies /h3 pWe are looking for someone who is: /p ul liTechnically curious with strong troubleshooting skills. /li liHighly organised and able to independently manage a complex service schedule. /li liAssertive, proactive, and comfortable making decisions autonomously. /li liCustomer‑oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. /li liFlexible and able to adapt to customer needs, including early morning or evening appointments when required. /li liComfortable balancing field work with administrative responsibilities. /li liA collaborative team player who enjoys building long‑term customer relationships.
