VHR generates a turnover of close to £50M annually. /p /brh3The Role: /h3 /brpVHR’s Onsite Recruiter acts as an extension of our Client’s Recruitment and administration function. Based in Rome, you will be responsible for identifying and connecting with highly skilled technical candidates on a global scale for our client’s open job vacancies across Europe. After our client’s interview and selection process, you will be responsible for the timely and smooth onboarding of all VHR candidates from their domicile location to our Client’s work locations. /p /brpAs VHR’s Onsite Recruiter, you will ensure candidates are settled in and happy with their new job role, their living arrangements, visa status and regulatory compliance, and will be available to provide support as required to new hires. /p /brh3Supporting VHR, VHR’s Client and all VHR candidates in respect of: /h3 /brul /brliSearch and selection of highly skilled technical candidates /li /brliCandidate interviewing and selection in partnership with our client, candidate pipeling, candidate referencing and all associated administration tasks /li /brliOnboarding of new hires into our Client’s work locations across Europe /li /brliAssist with candidates’ travel arrangements as and when required. /li /brliAssist with candidates’ visas, residents permit,



ID processing and renewals /li /brliManage VHR’s relationship with the Client’s key stakeholders /li /brliEnsuring rapid distribution of our Client’s new job vacancies to VHR’s offices as and when received. /li /brliLocal presence and support to our Clients and candidates to provide assistance and solve problems /li /brliProvide a friendly face on the ground who can support candidates with work related and any personal issues. /li /brliProvide general support assistance to our Client as and when required /li /br /ul /brh3Key Responsibilities: /h3 /brul /brliSearch and selection of highly skilled technical candidates /li /brliRecruitment process control and facilitation /li /brliOnboarding of new hires /li /brliAdministration support required for new hires across Europe /li /br /ul /brh3Candidates Requirements: /h3 /brul /brliHighly organized with a strong attention to detail /li /brliSelf-managed: can prioritise own tasks and plan ahead /li /brliCommunication and ability to interact comfortably with stakeholders /li /brliPrevious recruitment experience is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided /li /brliConfident and not afraid to ask questions /li /brliAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlines /li /brliYou must be available to work in Rome, Italy /li /brliWritten and spoken fluency in English and Italian /li /brliExcellent communication and interpersonal skills /li /brliStrong IT, organisational administration skills /li /brliExperience of working with Microsoft packages /li /brliStrong numeracy skills attention to detail /li /brliHard working reliable /li /brliThe ideal candidate will have some Aviation knowledge, but this is preferable not essential. /li /br /ul /brh3Compensation and Benefits: /h3 /brul /brliGross annual salary of €29,000 to €34,000, payable in 14 monthly instalments, plus a separate performance related premio scheme, giving On Target Earnings of €39,000 to €44,000 per annum. /li /brliPension contributions /li /brliCareer development and financial support for professional development qualifications /li /br /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
