**Posizione**:
We are currently looking for a _EHS Specialist _that will mainly ensure: - Verify the existence of the requirements established by law on the use of machinery and equipment by checking, including through periodic audits, that the requirements imposed by the law on worker safety and company procedures are being followed and immediately reporting any shortcomings to managers and supervisors;
- Collaborate in defining actions to ensure compliance with company safety regulations and procedures, identifying areas for improvement, conducting analysis of the impact of new activities and processes on safety, analyzing intervention methods and related costs;
- Verify compliance, including through periodic internal and external audits, with regulations on the treatment and release into the environment of elements contained in water, air and waste, by monitoring compliance with laws on effluent discharges and air emissions, managing the periodic analysis of water and atmospheric emissions and ensuring proper disposal of waste;
- Support in the preparation of all necessary documentation for obtaining specific public permits (emissions,



wells, etc.);
- Provide for the preparation and delivery of training related to Safety and Environmental prescription, standards and procedures (fire, emergency, first aid, etc.) ensuring coverage of all employees;
- Collaborate with their supervisor, the RSPP and the Medical Officer in establishing and maintaining a proper health surveillance program. **Requisiti**: - Master’s Degree (Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Chemistry);
- Knowledge of Guidelines and regulations related to health, safety, environment and industrial hygiene;
- Professional knowledge of English;
- At least 2 years of experience in the same role in pharmaceutical organizations;
