We are looking for a motivated engineer to join our Purchasing Department as a Supplier Quality Engineer.





You will manage the partnerships with automotive suppliers and will be responsible for the development of product components for series production and new projects.

You will be in charge of preventive quality management, from planning to implementation.

You will also be the supplier’s technical point of contact for preventive quality assurance, according to Automotive standards (PPAP) and Lean Production Principles.

Qualifiche

Education : The ideal candidate has a degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar academic background;

Experiences: Al least 3-5 years of experience within complex manufacturing organizations, preferably in the automotive field;

Competencies needed:

- Knowledge of ISO/TS 16949 legislation
- Knowledge of 8D, PSS, Hishikawa, Fmea, 5x3 Why tools;
- Knowledge of Statistical control methods (SPC)
- Auditor certification ISO/TS (Lead auditor IRCA will be a plus)
- Components knowledge (Fasteners)

Language skills : Fluent English and Italian are required.

Personal characteristics : The suitable candidate is goal-oriented, team builder and problem solver with excellent analytical skills.
