Canadian Solar is seeking a technically skilled Customer Support Engineer with experience in PV and energy storage to deliver outstanding after-sales service. You will handle inquiries, coordinate resolutions, and provide training to customers and installers.

You will collaborate with Product Management, Technical Support, and Engineering to address complex issues, participate in system commissioning, and support on-site installations as required. Fluent English and Italian are essential.
