As a Plumbing Shift Engineer, you will be a vital member of the Engineering team, entrusted with maintaining and optimizing all plumbing and water‑related systems. By ensuring the efficiency, safety, and reliability of these systems, you will play a key role in supporting smooth hotel operations and an outstanding guest experience.

Plumbing & System Expertise
- Perform both routine and extraordinary maintenance on the hotel’s hydraulic, heating, and sanitary systems.
- Ensure the correct operation of water supply, sewage, and hot/cold water distribution networks.
- Troubleshoot and repair plumbing systems efficiently and safely, minimizing disruption to hotel operations.
Seamless Coordination & Problem Solving
- Collaborate with hotel operation teams to guarantee the highest standards of operational efficiency and safety.
- Respond promptly and professionally to technical emergencies, addressing issues with calm, resourceful, and practical solutions.
Documentation & Reporting
- Complete detailed reports and service logs of all interventions performed, maintaining accurate records for operational continuity and compliance.
Team Collaboration & Brand Representation
- Uphold the standards of professionalism, reliability, and technical excellence in every interaction.
- Support colleagues across departments to ensure that all technical operations contribute to an exceptional guest experience.

Qualifications
Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Previous experience in luxury hotels, hospitality, or comparable facilities is highly desirable.
Technical Skills
- Strong technical knowledge of plumbing, heating, and air‑conditioning systems.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
