What You Will Do You will be a key driver of onboard learning and development, translating business priorities into impactful training solutions while fostering engagement in a dynamic, multicultural environment. Design and deliver classroom and online training, ensuring quality and engagement. Identify learning needs and translate them into targeted initiatives.

Analyze KPIs (revenue, NPS, complaints, turnover) to improve performance through training. Manage onboard mentoring programs, supporting integration and development. Support managers in coaching and on-the-job training.

Promote learning and increase participation through effective communication. Ensure compliance with company standards, procedures, and reporting. Integrate safety (HESS) and sustainability into training activities.

Who You Are You bring solid experience in training and development and a strong drive to create impact in an international, fast-paced environment where learning makes the difference.

Required





Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent), preferably in Human Resources, Education, Psychology or related fields Experience in Language and soft skills training delivery;
