Senior Software Engineer – Identity & Access ManagementIn this IAM-focused role, you will design, build, and sustain IAM solutions to manage lifecycle events across the organization. You will work within the R&D; team to translate requirements into secure access controls, integrating systems via REST and implementing SSO, MFA, and OAuth2/SAML. The role emphasizes automation and continuous improvement of access processes in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and leverage AI coding assistants to accelerate delivery, contributing to scalable, high-quality software.

develop and maintain IAM solutions and lifecycle management
- Implement/configure authentication, authorization, SSO and MFA using OAuth 2.0 and/or SAML
- Integrate internal and external applications with IAM platform via REST APIs
- Develop and customize IAM components and automate access management processes
- 5+ years of professional IAM experience
- Hands‑on with at least one authentication xlwpduy platform: Okta, Auth0, Keycloak, Entra ID (Azure AD), Duende or similar
- Knowledge of OAuth 2.0 or SAML
- Knowledge of Java (Spring) or .NET
- Advanced English (C1)
- Experience in authorization domain; OPA knowledge is a plus
