Overview
Senior QA Engineer to drive quality across the Digital Factory within GOSP. You will lead test planning, collaborate with developers to ensure robust testing, and advance non-regression testing and test automation. The role sits in a cross-functional, SCRUM-enabled team aimed at accelerating Generali’s cloud-enabled digitization and shared platforms. You will shape testing practices and mentor the team to identify defects and assess impact, contributing to high-quality releases. This is an opportunity to influence quality at scale in a globally-focused insurance tech environment.

Qualifications
- Degree in Information Technology, computer engineering or other preparatory diploma for software design and development
- At least 10 years of verifiable experience as manual Test Engineer / QA Engineer or in software quality control
- Knowledge of test methodologies (functional, accessibility, non-regression, integration, TDD)
- Experience with API testing using Postman
- Experience in test automation
- In-depth knowledge of software lifecycle management processes
- Excellent English (CEFR B2)
- Basic knowledge of test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium, REST-Assured, Cucumber, Allure) is a plus
- Soft skills: strong communication; SCRUM team collaboration
