**Duties**: - In a patron usage facility, circulates among patrons to assure service is satisfactory; receives and resolves customer complaints; provides information and general instructions on the use of equipment, facilities and machinery.
- Assists patrons in use of the facility by checking out equipment, providing safety instruction, demonstrating new equipment, teaching classes, etc.
- Plans, conducts, publicizes and arranges support for special events, social activities, tournaments and related functions. May provide work guidance to other staff.

**Pay-Band (NF or CY) Allowances and Differential**s
- This is a pay-banded position.
- Sunday premium pay may be authorized by the Garrison Commander. **_If authorized, only regular (full-time, tempo parziale, limited tenure and seasonal) employees may be paid Sunday premium pay._** When authorized, Sunday premium will be paid at the rate of 25% of the basic rate for all hours of non-overtime, when any part of the scheduled tour of duty is performed on Sunday (to a maximum of 8 hours per Sunday).
