Principal Finance Controller

Within the Local Controlling Finance function, he/she will support in planning, monitoring, reporting operational results and key business indicators to ensure profit maximization and compliance with company policies and procedures. Main responsibilities
- Work closely with different business areas to provide information, analysis and insight, ensuring alignment to the objective of the organization;
- Preparation of annual budget and forecast;
- Monthly financial closure and relevant accruals;
- Monitoring of actual performance against budgeted targets and identification of recommend corrective actions as necessary;
- Preparation of reporting and analysis for periodic business meetings;
- Compliance to periodic SOX controls;
- Development and management of systems and processes. Desired Skills and Experience




- University degree in Economy and/ or Master in Business Administration/Finance;
- 4/6 years of experience in Business Controlling roles preferable in healthcare companies, welcome previous experience within auditing firms;
- Knowledge of accounting principles and practices is required;
- Strong communication skills;
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret raw data and translate it into clear, concise information;
- Problem-solving attitude;
- Ability to work independently;
- Capable of dealing with high volume of data;
- Strict adherence to deadlines;
- Advanced Excel skills, familiarity with Power Point and Word is a plus;
- Fluent in English.
