**Job Opportunity: Italian Chef in Bahrain** **The Opportunity**: - Reviewing production orders or schedules to plan department operations based on product types, quantities, specifications, and delivery dates.
- Overseeing the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the Cheese department.
- Directly managing non-supervisory employees, including interviewing, hiring, and training staff; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; and addressing complaints and resolving problems.
- Establishing production priorities and sequences for manufacturing products.
- Coordinating manufacturing activities to ensure products meet quality specifications.
- Reviewing production and operating reports to resolve operational, manufacturing, and maintenance issues, ensuring mínimal costs and preventing delays.
- Inspecting machines and equipment to ensure optimal operational performance and utilization.
- Implementing standard operational practices and ensuring compliance through observation and supervision. **The Skills You Will Bring to the Team**: - Minimum of five years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Demonstrated leadership ability through example and knowledge sharing.
- Understanding of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and similar continuous improvement methodologies.
- Effective communication skills to present information and respond to questions from managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to define issues, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and delegate assignments.
- Commitment to safety policies, practices, and procedures, and reporting all unsafe activities to supervisors and/or Human Resources. **Join Us**:
