STORE MANAGER - FIRENZE Jil Sander is looking for the perfect profile as Store Manager for the new opening of Jil Sander - Firenze. Main Responsibilities:
- Leading, managing & coaching colleagues and teams to create a ‘winning’ store culture.
- Ensuring control, health and safety, people rostering & P&L; management.
- Lead the way in ensuring store standards are consistently at the highest level.
- Liaising and keeping in contact with key account customers.
- Personnel Development and Management.
- Sales Management.




- Managing long distance sales.
- CRM Developer.
- Operations and Space Management. Life Skills: - Strong attention to details.
- Results-driven and customer focused.
- Time management.
- Problem solving.
- Omni-channel retail orientation.
- Flexible availability - including weekends, and holidays. **Requirements**:
- 3/4 years of experience in the luxury fashion Management.
- Good knowledge on local environment.
- VIC network.
- Proficency level of English.
- High level of entrepreneurship.
- BOH knowledge.
- Proactivity, enthusiasm, fashion knowledge and problem solving. LI-CC1 #JS
