Experteer Italy is seeking an Assortment Planning Manager to shape the regional assortment strategy across SEMEA, translating global direction into locally relevant plans.

You will lead a high-performing team and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Ecommerce and Finance to optimize cross-market performance, stock allocation and profitability.

The role requires 5+ years in Merchandising/Assortment Planning in fashion/retail and a strong analytical mindset with advanced Excel and ERP/BI experience.
