We are a Macquarie Asset Management (MAM) portfolio company, operating on a stand-alone basis **About the role** This Italy-based role will have responsibility for our Italian renewable energy projects and report to our Head of Development, Italy. You will work closely with Cero's development partners on the development of renewable projects in Italy with a focus on solar and storage. **Main responsibilities** The Program Manager will deliver our pipeline of projects from the development phase through to construction. They will act as the local representative and day to day point of contact for development partners and be responsible for ensuring Cero's standards and policies are incorporated into all projects. They are responsible for planning and governance and for overseeing the successful delivery of the program’s output. We are looking for experienced Manager able to organize and coordinate programs, providing strategic guidance to external team. The Product Manager will be responsible for: - Supporting in the definition of reporting tools
- Schedule and coordinate regular update (daily, weekly, monthly)
- Identify risks and manage corrective measurements
- Identify and monitor KPIs
- Ensuring respects of deadlines, guaranteeing proper preparation for internal approvals
- Coordinate external service provider
- Support on project evaluation, both technically and economically
- Organize and coordinate steering committee
- Manage the dedicated third-party team appointed by Cero Generation. The role is based in Milan,



with regular travel within Italy and some travel to the London office and other destinations in Europe. **What will you need to succeed in the role?** **Essential**
- 6 years+ experience in project management and delivery, gained through managing large and complex infrastructure projects
- Good knowledge of handling project and program management methodology and techniques
- A good understanding of the wider objectives of the program
- The ability to work positively with the wide range of individuals involved in program management
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Ability to find innovative ways to resolve problems
- Fluent Italian and English languages **Desirable**
- Know-how of the renewables sector
