The intern supports the implementation of Kuehne+Nagel's continuous improvement (Production System) program and will focus on the preparation of Operational Excellence Standards and Training Program for our brand-new highly automated warehousing activity of an e-commerce customer. He/she helps to build a Continuous Improvement culture that the site will need to embrace ** Your Role**: The intern supports the implementation of Kuehne+Nagel's continuous improvement (Production System) program and will focus on the preparation of Operational Excellence Standards and Training Program for our brand-new highly automated warehousing activity of an e-commerce customer. He/she helps to build a Continuous Improvement culture that the site will need to embrace ** Your Responsibilities**: Elaborate accurate and detailed Work Instructions for all major shopfloor processes in order to ensure predictable, consistent and high quality performances;




Support operational training delivery implementing a tool for procedures digitalization, so as to guarantee compliance with standards;
Support definition and deployment of Operational Excellence Standards (5S, Visual Management, Stand Up Meetings, Production System Boards )
Work together with the Project management team and the local team, in order to identify potential areas of improvements and execute Continuous Improvement projects following DMAIC approach. ** Your Skills and Experiences**: - Great analytic and organization skills
