We are recruiting a professional to join our **Legal **team in **Verona**, who will be tasked with: - Support in corporate governance projects and corporate law in general;
- Compliance issues and special regulations (anti-money laundering, GDPR, Whistleblowing, etc.)
- Preparation and review of corporate procedures and policies;
- Preparation and review of national and international contracts;
- Preparation and review of systems of powers of attorney and proxies;
- Legal support in corporate secretarial activities and intra-group transactions; **_Qualifications/requirements_**
- Up to 3 years in leading national or international law firms;
- Master's degree in Law with a grade higher than 105/110;
- Certification to practice as a lawyer;
- Excellent knowledge of English;
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office. **_Desired characteristics_**
