As SAP SD Specialist, you serve as the functional lead for SAP SD, bridging business and IT. You will analyze and optimize end-to-end Order to Cash processes and ensure tight integration with logistics, warehouse, and shipping. You’ll manage application maintenance and drive ongoing improvements in sales and distribution. You collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely, high-quality issue resolution and reliable go‑live support. You join a global, tech‑enabled organization shaping critical components for multiple industries.

Retribuzione / Benefits

- Lead SAP SD processes as the functional liaison between business and IT
- Analyze and optimize end-to-end Order to Cash (O2C) processes from sales order to billing
- Ensure effective integration between SAP SD and logistics, focusing on warehouse and shipping flows
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and evolve sales and distribution processes
- Manage SAP application maintenance including ticket/incident analysis, prioritization, and change requests

- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely issue resolution and high service quality
- Produce and maintain functional documentation and support testing and go‑live activities

Responsabilità

- 5–7+ years of SAP SD experience, especially in complex or integrated environments
- Strong expertise in SAP SD (sales orders, pricing, billing, shipping)
- Good understanding of warehouse and logistics processes and SD integration with WM/EWM and LE
- Solid knowledge of end-to-end business flows involving sales, logistics and accounting
- Experience in ticket management and application maintenance activities
- Familiarity with IDocs and ability to read functional/technical ABAP specifications
- Knowledge of SAP WM / EWM and LE-TRA is a plus
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and autonomous working style with continuous improvement mindset
- Good command of English (written and spoken)
