Maintenance Administrator **BC Forward is currently seeking a highly motivated Maintenance Administrator in Parma, ID 83660** **Job Title**:Maintenance Administrator
**Location**: Parma, ID 83660
**Contract duration**: 8 months **Job Type**:Tempo pieno 40 Hours Contract
**Pay Range**: $21/Hr to $24/hr on W2

Day shift Monday thru Friday 7am to 3:30pm **Job description**:
Assist Maintenance department in various daily operations and office support.
Complete daily time confirmations in CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System.
Update and close work orders / notifications upon completion. Sourcing suppliers (vendors) and processing invoices.
Managing storeroom and inventory Coordinating meetings, events and other similar activities.
Manage maintenance PM documents and files. Assist Planner / Scheduler to handle scheduled breaks and material ordering.
Day shift Monday thru Friday 7am to 3:30pm. Skillset
- Well-organized Courteous Reliable. Must have own transportation.
Strong work ethic.
Productivity Professionalism Problem-solving and critical thinking skills,good computer skills, interpersonal and communication skills Customer focus and Discretion.
Multitasking ability Teamwork and collaboration skills.
