The GROW project is developing an adaptable robotic solution for pick-and-place operations in non-automated retail and warehouse environments. Its AI-driven system addresses labor shortages and inventory management inefficiencies, with key advantages in flexibility and user-friendly retraining. Despite competition from established players, GROW targets smaller, dynamic retail spaces. The team aims to
launch a Minimum Marketable Product within a year, focusing on essential features like mobile navigation and visual recognition. GROW's success hinges on rapid iteration based on customer feedback and adapting to evolving market trends in robotics and AI. +info **Role and Responsibilities**:
As the Entrepreneur in Residence, you will collaborate with the team for six months to lead the business validation process. Your responsibilities will include:
- Analyzing competitive business models to benchmark our project offering.
- Defining and co-creating the organizational structure needed for business operation and growth.
- Preparing the financial strategy to secure funding and attract investors.
- Identifying and establishing alliances with strategic partners, potential clients, and relevant stakeholders.
- Providing business insights for the MMP timeline and priorities.
- Validating your relationship with the current team and exploring the opportunity to build a long-term relationship as Advisor or Key Team Member. **Qualifications & Experience**: - Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or Marketing and/or 5+ years of experience as a business developer.
- Proven experience in autonomous robotics projects.
- Demonstrated project management experience.
- Experience in public and private fundraising, ideally at the European level.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English and Italian.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and determination.
