Experteer Overview
In this role you drive direct and indirect sales in the North Italy region, aligning with Sales Management to hit targets and profitability. You’ll shape commercial actions, manage budgets, and oversee key customer relationships through regular visits. You’ll expand the dealer network, identify new customers, and support product development needs. The seat involves monitoring credit and payments, and participating in trade fairs to promote our range. This is a hands-on, growth-focused position with a clear impact on regional performance.

- Manage the assigned geographic area to meet sales and profitability targets
- Support commercial policies and actions to grow the target market
- Develop the sales budget in coordination with Sales Management
- Conduct competitive analysis and evaluate sales initiatives
- Maintain relationships with existing customers and monitor satisfaction via regular visits
- Identify and onboard new customers and dealers; implement promotions
- Monitor invoices, payments, and progress of sales initiatives
- Define credit limits within thresholds for customer solvency
- Support product range planning and identify development needs
- Define and verify pricing policies in the area
- Participate in organizing industry trade fairs
- Prepare travel reports for management
Responsabilità
- University degree (technical degree a plus)
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role in industrial machinery or earthmoving equipment
- Knowledge of commercial contracts and international payment methods is a plus
- Willingness to frequent travel within the territory
- Good command of English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent listening and communication skills
- Strong contextual analysis and problem-solving abilities
