**Job Purpose**:
Coordinates ongoing and upcoming projects to gain synergy, efficiency and accuracy in sense of prioritization, reliability and transparence for all project stakeholders. (mainly Vendor PCs) **Responsibilities**: - Gathers and documents project requirements
- Tracks and reports project and budget status
- Schedules problem reviews and follows up on assigned actions
- Serves as primary interface the project team for communication and scheduling of project resources and support activities
- Identifies and analyzes unique project systems issues and provides recommendations for resolution
- Coordinates project schedules
- Manages project meetings Maintains project schedules and provides calendar updates for project management staff
- Prepares information for meetings and/or for special staff requirements through the identification of required information sources including but not limited to
- analysis of project
- past project status reports
- forecasts financial reports
- other statistical data reports **Knowledge, Skills and Experience**
- Bachelor's Degree with Business Field of Study preferred
- Able to execute instructions and to request clarification when needed
- Able to use common office equipment
- Able to recognize and attend to important details with accuracy and efficiency
- Able to communicate clearly and convey necessary information
- Able to converse and write effectively in English
- Able to create and conduct formal presentations
- Able to interact effectively with all levels of management
- Able to negotiate skillfully, promote/sell ideas persuasively, and close transactions with mutually beneficial results
- Possesses strong organizational and time management skills, driving tasks to completion
- Able to adjust readily to change and adapt as needed




- Able to constructively work under stress and pressure when faced with high workloads and deadlines
- Able to maintain and promote social, ethical, and organizational standards in conducting internal and external business activities
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
