NABA is currently seeking motivated individuals for the role of: Educational Counselling Specialist
- Develop and maintain relations with high schools;
- Ensure the promotion of the academic offer to guarantee the genaration of leads, through presentations in high schools and educational sector fairs
- Eensure orientation interviews with students.
- Produce a weekly report on generated leads based on the number of compiled information forms.
- Operational and promotional activities releted to the organisation of the High School Fairs.
- Ensure that the contracts of the fairs are correcty compiled ans signed and is the point of referece for suppliers and fairs’ organizers.
- Select tutors “200 ore” to be involved in the office activities, supervise all their activities, monitor the number of hours worked and comunicate them to the HR unit within the estaablished deadlines Requirements:




3-5 years of experience in the education sector or the exhibition/fair industry. Familiarity with university dynamics is essential. Proficient in Microsoft Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook 365. Experience with operational software and tools, with specific knowledge of Salesforce. Excellent public speaking and problem-solving abilities are required, along with flexibility and willingness to travel nationally (primarily within the Milan area and Lombardy province, though travel throughout Italy may be required). Customer-oriented, highly motivated, precise, with excellent interpersonal skills A valid Driver’s License (Category B) is necessary. Knowledge of English is a plus.
