We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Hotel Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of Palazzo De Noha, a boutique four stars hotel in Lecce awarded in 2024 with 1 Key from Michelin Guide. This historic property with modern updates boasts a collection of 14 guest rooms and suites overlooking our private terraces and the streets of the old town. A private parking is available for our guests. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: - **Guest Experience & Relations**: - Lead and manage the guest experience to ensure exceptional service standards.
- Greet, meet, and farewell guests ensuring their needs are anticipated and met with the utmost professionalism.
- Handle guest complaints and feedback tactfully, ensuring satisfaction and alignment with the hotel's high standards.
- **Operational Management**: - Oversee the daily operations of the hotel.
- Ensure smooth functioning of all departments by coordinating and supervising the staff, ensuring all policies and procedures are followed.
- Manage and monitor KPIs, schedules, and budgets to ensure operational efficiency and financial performance.
- Supervise the scheduling and performance of housekeeping, maintenance, and other staff.
- Inspecting all department for cleanliness, ambience, service readiness, staff grooming & hospitality culture.
- Ensure clear communication across all departments and with external stakeholders.
- **Team Leadership & Development**: - Lead and develop a dynamic team, providing ongoing training and development to maintain high service standards.
- Manage all employee-related activities, including recruitment,



performance evaluations, and disciplinary matters.
- **Financial & Sustainability Management**: - Implement processes and systems to control costs, maximize revenue, and ensure profitability.
- Oversee the sustainability initiatives, ensuring the hotel meets all safety and hygiene standards. **Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)**
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar position within luxury hospitality brands.
- Strong knowledge of Front Office, Concierge, F&B;, Housekeeping, and Laundry operations.
- Proven experience in managing teams and driving operational excellence.
- Hospitality degree or equivalent, with a thorough understanding of luxury service techniques and trends.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hospitality management software.
- Fluent in English and Italian; knowledge of an additional European language is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and non-verbal).
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
