Smartness is seeking a dedicated Customer Onboarding Specialist to guide new clients through onboarding and integration with our hospitality tech platform. You will lead end-to-end onboarding, configure products, and deliver initial training to ensure a successful start for each client.

You will run personalized training sessions, serve as the main onboarding contact, and develop guides to help clients navigate our platform. English and Italian fluency are essential for global onboarding success.
