Experteer Overview

As an ESG Consultant in our Milan M&A; team, you will support delivery of ESG‑related services to financial services and corporate clients, focusing on decarbonization and sustainable risk management. You’ll work on ESG audits, risk‑focused due diligence, and SFDR‑related reporting to help clients manage reputational and sustainability risks. You’ll collaborate with cross‑functional teams to research, prepare reports and proposals, and contribute to multiple projects in a fast‑growing practice. This role offers a chance to shape ESG strategy for asset managers and corporate clients while developing your expertise in a global, inclusive firm.

Responsabilità

- Experience in Risk Management and a consulting environment
- Master's degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Management, Finance or related fields
- Proficiency in Italian and English (C1); additional languages like French or Spanish are a plus
- Ability to multi‑task, be flexible, travel, and work independently
- Willingness to complete online assessments as part of recruitment
