Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
**YOU will be involved in the following tasks**: - Responsible for developing and executing the digitalization strategy for our biggest compounding facility
- Leading a team of digitalization and automation engineers
- Participate as a key leader in our regional and global digitalization network
- Responsible for developing and maintaining the digitization systems of the manufacturing process
- Work closely with manufacturing stack holders and support with most versatile digitalization tool to better manage manufacturing processes
- Responsible for developing dashboards for effective visualization of internal manufacturing parameters / KPIs in various levels.
- Implementation of technology to automate workflows and improve collection and use of big data
- Identify new ways to use automation, robotization and advanced technology
- Ensure availability and functionality of production IT systems
- Develop and maintain clear and accurate documentation of automation equipment or processes
- Staff training
- Ensure that digitalization,



automation and robotization systems are part of Most Effective Compounding Technologies Qualifications:
**What YOU will bring to the team**: - Leadership skills
- Solid understanding of computer programming and software development
- Ability to troubleshoot equipment problems and perform complex system tests
- Creative thinking skills
- Detail-oriented personality
- Excellent manual dexterity
- Ability to communicate well to other members of the development team
- Fluent English knowledge
- 5 or more years of experience in similar position/role
- Experience in multinational companies is preferred **Required Education**: - Engineering Degree(Automation - Computer - Mechanical or Electrical)
- Master or Bachelor Degree **Desirable Knowledge**: - Knowledge of MES, PI, IMM and/or other Automation processes
- Compounding process and equipment knowledge
- Team building
