For our Milan headquarters We are looking for a Revenue and Pricing Analyst, reporting to the Revenue & Pricing Senior Manager. The mission
This role sits at the intersection of data, commercial strategy and execution. You will help transform complex, multi-source data into actionable insights that support revenue growth, pricing effectiveness and profitability across Fortidia's international portfolio of brands, countries, products and services.
Working closely with Product, Finance, Marketing, Business Intelligence, IT and local market teams, you will own recurring performance analyses, monitor key pricing initiatives and help decision-makers identify opportunities, risks and corrective actions. What you will do
Revenue, margin and performance analytics: analyze revenue, volumes, price/mix, costs and margins across the Group's product and service portfolio, highlighting trends, variances versus Budget and Forecast, and areas for improvement.
Pricing execution and impact monitoring: track the implementation and results of pricing initiatives, including annual price increases, temporary surcharges and other pricing conditions, assessing adoption, revenue and margin impact and identifying implementation gaps or corrective actions.
Management reporting and business insights: support the preparation of recurring Group-level dashboards, reports and presentations to be shared with the Executive Team, consolidating inputs from multiple functions, brands and geographies and translating results into clear commercial insights.
Product portfolio planning: coordinate the collection, validation and consolidation of Actual,
Budget and Forecast data for the product portfolio; work with Product Managers to investigate variances, assess performance and support business cases or product initiatives.
Customer intelligence: perform recurring customer-base analyses across brands and markets, monitoring growth, acquisition, retention and portfolio dynamics to support commercial priorities.
Market and competitor intelligence: monitor industry developments and competitor pricing through structured online benchmarking, public financial disclosures and other market sources; synthesize quantitative and qualitative insights to inform pricing decisions.
Data quality and process ownership: extract, reconcile and validate information from business intelligence platforms and other data sources, proactively resolving inconsistencies and improving the reliability and efficiency of recurring reporting processes.
Cross-functional collaboration: partner with Business Intelligence, IT, Finance, Product, Marketing and local teams to improve data availability, support the evolution and testing of reporting or pricing tools, and ensure consistent performance visibility across the Group. What you bring
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Engineering or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in revenue management, pricing, business analysis, commercial finance or a comparable analytical role.
Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets and confidence working with large, multi-source datasets.
Familiarity with business intelligence and data visualization tools such as Qlik or Power BI;
experience with SQL or data-querying environments is an advantage.
Curiosity and hands-on familiarity with AI-enabled tools to support data preparation, analysis and reporting, combined with sound judgment in validating outputs and sources.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to move from data collection to insight and practical recommendations.
Professional fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
