Experteer OverviewAs Distribution Control Manager you will oversee global financial analysis and reporting for retail, wholesale and licenses, partnering with regional teams to drive performance. You will lead P“L, Capex, inventory and KPI reporting, shaping reports and forecasts for leadership.

Your role fixes deadlines, informs action plans and supports budget development in collaboration with central and regional stakeholders. You will act as a true business partner to optimize profitability and align with the Sustainability-driven Capex strategy and LVMH expectations. This is a high-impact role at the heart of global distribution finance.

Retribuzione / Benefits

- Prepare and publish monthly financial analysis for Retail, Wholesale and Licenses worldwide
- Ensure month-end/year-end closing deadlines are met by Distribution Entities
- Monitor Retail Performance and Profitability; propose actions to improve KPIs
- Analyze P“L, inventory, margin, cash flow and Capex; present results with commentary
- Coordinate budget and forecast processes; design and oversee forecast phases




- Support executives in Budget Presentation to LVMH
- Lead Capex requests for store/retail investments incorporating Sustainability Strategy
- Quality control over financial transactions and reporting; supervise Sales, Profit and Capex reporting
- Identify efficiency opportunities; contribute to Open To Buy with Supply Chain and Merchandising
- Collaborate with IT on finance-related developments; validate KPI methodologies
- Build strong partnerships with department heads to clarify business processes
- Additional controller duties as necessary

Responsabilità

- 8+ years in a similar role, preferably in fashion/luxury
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint
- Power BI experience
- ERP and reporting systems knowledge; SAP experience
- Accounting principles, GL, month-end/year-end close
- Fluency in English; French a plus
- Precision, high energy, project management
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines
