What you will do Single contact point for the in-warranty repairs link with a spare parts. Main Activities: - Responsible for the second level product exchanges approval: verification and evaluation of the procedure,



put in place actions and follow-up situation to speed up deliveries
- Review performance with countries and identify possible areas of improvements
- Analyze orders linked with in-warranty repairs and identify/ put in place corrective action where it’s requested to guarantee delivery in time
- Focus on orders linked with spare parts in warranty and check orders fields/contains.
- Analyze forecasts and historical data to identify actions to guarantee the target of products exchanges approvals What you need to succeed
- Bachelor’s Degree in Economics
- Maximum 2 years logistics experience
- knowledge of Microsoft package
- Fluent English and Italian
