Position Summary As a MX Training and Experience Event Coordinator you will be responsible for developing and delivering engaging educational experience that drive our Partner sales force and customers loyalty. You will collaborate with cross functional teams to manage training sessions, workshop and Launch special event for each Channel Role and Responsibilities Main goal: plan, develop and execute
- all training activities delivered nationally to Field Force and Partner sales representatives with reference to all Samsung Mobile Experience products
- interactive hands-on workshop to educate consumers about the benefits of our products
- special loyalty programs for Partners sales team building strong and lasting relationship
- engaging event to support the product’s launch at the store level
- immersive brand experience outside of traditional retail setting that drive brand consideration and purchase intent Skills and Qualifications Educational Background: Masters / Bachelor Professional Background: 1/2 years experience in Training,



Event planning, Marketing Computer Knowledge: Excellent proficiency with Office, strong power point presentation knowledge. Language Knowledge: Very good written and spoken English. Relevant requirements:
- Strong organizational skills- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and ever-changing retail environment.- Project management to handle budget, multiple project simultaneously and meet deadline- Experience in planning and executing successful events- Ability to build strong partners relationship- Ability to manage relationship with vendor and suppliers- Communication and presentation skills, excellent interpersonal and client relationship skills
