R&D Technician - Sherwin-Williams

La figura, nello specifico, si occuperà di:

- Eseguire test ed esperimenti seguendo istruzioni definite.
- Supportare le attività di laboratorio senza responsabilità diretta di formulazione.
- Registrare i risultati e svolgere semplici calcoli.
- Predisporre brevi report tecnici con osservazioni di base.
- Effettuare controlli semplici sulle apparecchiature quando richiesto.
- Svolgere attività operative di base in autonomia secondo le indicazioni del supervisore.
- Seguire istruzioni e checklist per preparare strumenti e apparecchiature.
- Supportare le attività quotidiane del laboratorio.
- Utilizzare strumenti informatici per la raccolta dei dati.
- Rispettare le norme di sicurezza e le procedure operative.
- Eseguire semplici controlli e manutenzioni di routine sulle apparecchiature.

Requisiti

- Titolo di studio
- Diploma in Chimica o qualifica competente equivalente.
- Conoscenze ed esperienza
- Breve esperienza in laboratorio (anche di stage o tirocinio).
- Capacità di eseguire attività semplici e ripetitive seguendo istruzioni.
- Preferenziale: esperienza in laboratorio vernici (liquide o in polvere).
- Competenze tecniche e trasversali
- Precisione e attenzione ai dettagli.
- Capacità di seguire istruzioni operative e procedure definite.
- Buona organizzazione del lavoro nelle attività assegnate.
- Attitudine al lavoro pratico e di supporto.
- Comunicazione semplice e diretta con il team e il supervisore.
