We are working with a contractor delivering a large Data Centre project in Milan. They are looking to appoint an M&E; Quantity Surveyor to support commercial delivery on a live project.

This is a rotation role working on a technically complex build, with a strong package and long‑term work in place.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage commercial aspects of M&E; packages on site
- Work closely with project teams and subcontractors to track costs and progress
- Prepare valuations, variations and final accounts
- Monitor project costs and support financial reporting
- Review drawings and specifications to support commercial delivery
- Assist with procurement and subcontractor management
- Ensure commercial performance is aligned with project targets

Requirements





- Proven experience in an M&E; Quantity Surveyor role
- Background working with contractors on large‑scale construction projects
- Data Centre experience is highly desirable
- Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems
- Good commercial awareness and cost control experience
- Must have the right to work in Italy

Package

- €160 net weekly allowance
- Apartment and utility bills covered
- In‑country travel provided
- Rotation role
- Expat tax scheme available (subject to eligibility)
