- You have a proactive, data-driven approach that can anticipate quality issues and systematically improve performance across our production lines.
- You can manage the increasing complexity of our customer applications and consistently meet the high quality expectations of global food packaging customers.
- You can detect and eliminate recurring issues through deep process understanding - delivering robust, permanent fixes instead of temporary workarounds.
- You can provide dedicated quality ownership for new and critical product initiatives, ensuring they launch with the right controls in place.
- You can coach a mindset shift from reactive firefighting to structured process control and continuous improvement.
- You will take full ownership of critical quality topics and turn them into measurable, sustainable results.

Requirements

- Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Materials, or Production) or Chemical/Polymer Science; related technical disciplines will also be considered.




- Previous experience in a Quality or Process Engineering role at a manufacturing or production site - ideally in plastics, films, packaging, or a related continuous-process industry.ù
- Hands-on familiarity with slitting and extrusion processes is a plus.
- Strongly analytical and structured - able to translate complex problems into clear actions and measurable outcomes.
- Data-driven in decision making, with the ability to build fact-based alignment across stakeholders at all levels.
- Hands-on and proactive - comfortable spending significant time on the production floor.
- Effective cross-functional collaborator, able to work with production, R&D;, and application teams toward shared quality goals.
