Addetto Collaudi Prove Meccaniche

Scopo del ruolo

L'Addetto Collaudi Prove Meccaniche esegue i controlli e le prove funzionali sugli interruttori di alta tensione al termine delle fasi di assemblaggio, verificandone la corretta funzionalità e la conformità agli standard qualitativi e di sicurezza aziendali.

Principali attività

- Eseguire prove meccaniche e funzionali sugli interruttori di alta tensione secondo le procedure aziendali.
- Verificare il corretto funzionamento dei meccanismi di apertura e chiusura dell'interruttore.
- Controllare movimenti, allineamenti, regolazioni e serraggi dei componenti meccanici.
- Utilizzare strumenti di misura e attrezzature di collaudo per effettuare le verifiche previste.
- Registrare i risultati delle prove e compilare la documentazione di collaudo.
- Segnalare eventuali anomalie, difetti o non conformità riscontrate durante i test.
- Collaborare con Produzione, Qualità ed Engineering per l'analisi e la risoluzione delle problematiche tecniche.
- Assicurare il rispetto delle procedure aziendali e delle norme di sicurezza durante le attività di collaudo.

Requisiti di Formazione

Diploma tecnico o qualifica professionale ad indirizzo meccanico, elettromeccanico o equivalente.

Capacità di lettura del disegno tecnico.

Conoscenza dei principali strumenti di misura meccanica.

Esperienza, anche minima, in attività di montaggio, collaudo o manutenzione industriale.

Precisione, attenzione ai dettagli e orientamento alla qualità.

Competenze richieste

- Capacità di individuare anomalie meccaniche e funzionali.
- Attitudine al problem solving.
- Capacità di lavorare in squadra.
- Affidabilità e attenzione alla sicurezza.
- Conoscenza lingua inglese (intermedio).
