Intern - Management Systems Compliance

Safilo is looking for a brilliant and motivated new resource to be included in Management Systems Compliance, based in Padova HQ. The resource will be inserted for a 6 months internship and exposed to the key dynamics of the eyewear industry, with the unmatched opportunity to support, develop and practice compliance activities related to sustainability, quality, occupational health and safety, and recycled material certifications Key Responsibilities: - Assist in creating, updating, and organizing system documentation (e.g., policies, procedures, work instructions).
- Maintain accurate records to ensure traceability and compliance with SA8000, ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 5001, GRS, FSC and ISCC standards.
- Prepare for internal and external audits by organizing documentation and records.
- Assist during audits and following up on corrective actions.
- Support the implementation of traceability systems for GRS and ISCC certified materials.




- Ensure the identification of certified products as per GRS and ISCC guidelines.
- Collect and analyze data for key performance indicators (KPIs) related to quality, sustainability, and safety.
- Prepare reports for management review and identify trends or areas for improvement. Skills and Qualifications: - Enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in Economics, Business Administration, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of FSC, SA8000, ISO 9001, ISO 45001, GRS, and ISCC standards (preferred but not required).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Languages: - Fluent in English;
