SUMMARY Reporting to the Project Management Manager, you will lead the whole end to end execution, managing the full customer relationship during job development. **In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be**: - Ensure the timely accomplishment of tasks (internal or external) on job critical path useful to reach the contractual agreed delivery date;
- Build a positive relationship with Inside Sales and Application Engineering teams;
- Build a solid relation with the customers during job execution;
- Represent the communication channel between Emerson and customers during execution phase in full alignment with relevant key account manager;
- Renegotiate delivery date and order value, acquire from customer formal order review;
- Lead the product input definition and timely alignment into IT system;
- Advise proactively customers about Job progress and criticalities;
- Directly engages the customers to solve any job related issue;
- Enhance job profitability through proficient change order management;
- Ensure, along with relevant Document Controller, timely documentation approval before starting of production, to grant flawless shop floor activities and witness tests attendance;
- Take the ownership for the finished goods' inventory through regular reviews;
- Ensure the completeness and correctness of the order to grant full customers happiness and a flawless credit receivable collection;
- Evaluate and discuss with customers any potential damage which can arise due to late delivery;Manage proactively any issues arising during project execution, with the support of internal involved functions,
in order to meet contractual achievements and highlight to Q2C Excellence to solve them structurally. **Who you are**:

**Minimum Requirements**: - Master’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience;
- Good knowledge of Office Suite in particular Excel;
- Proficient English level;At least 5 years of proven experience **Preferred Requirements**: - Certification in Project Management (PMP)
