In this role, you will lead Quality, Health, Safety and Environment for the plant, aligning with Coesia policies and ISO standards. You will work with management and cross-functional teams to drive QHSE programs and continuous improvement. You will oversee audits, risk assessment, and incident investigations to protect people, processes, and the environment. This is an opportunity to shape a safety- and quality-first culture in a dynamic manufacturing setting.

- base salary starting from EUR 49.600
- annual premio up to 12% of base salary
- Ensure compliance with QHSE laws, corporate policies, and ISO standards; maintain and improve management systems
- Define and deploy QHSE policies and improvement initiatives aligned with business objectives
- Lead internal, certification, customer, and workplace audits with closure of corrective actions
- Manage non-conformities, incidents, injuries, near misses, and CAPA; promote root cause analysis
- Identify and manage QHSE risks across operations, projects, changes, ergonomics, contractors, and environment
- Coordinate occupational health surveillance, including medical examinations and planning
- Monitor, analyze, and report QHSE performance indicators to drive improvement




- Act as main interface with authorities, certification bodies, and Group QHSE network; ensure environmental compliance (permits, reporting, waste management)
- Degree in Engineering, Technical or Scientific disciplines; specialization in Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, Environmental Engineering, or Occupational Safety preferred
- Significant experience in QHSE/HSE roles within manufacturing; knowledge of Italian health and safety and environmental legislation; ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001; audit processes and CAPA experience; internal/audit lead certification preferred
- RSPP qualification is a nice-to-have
- Good command of English (spoken and written) for international interaction
- Strong communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills across levels and international teams
- Structured, analytical, proactive mindset; ability to translate data/KPIs into actions while managing priorities and multiple stakeholders
- Autonomy, flexibility, and hands-on approach in a dynamic manufacturing environment
- CCNL Metalmeccanico familiarity is implied in compensation context
