In questa posizione,iping the Mandarin Oriental Cristallo, Cortina, you will lead all procurement activities to support luxury hotel operations and a successful pre-opening. You will drive strategic sourcing, supplier relationships, and inventory optimization to balance quality, cost, and compliance. You will collaborate with multiple departments to align purchasing with brand standards and financial goals, delivering a high-end guest experience. Your leadership will shape sustainable, efficient procurement processes within a prestigious hospitality group.

- Oversee hotel-wide purchasing and procurement in line with group policies
- Support pre-opening sourcing, onboarding, tendering, and planning
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure quality, price, and service levels
- Conduct market benchmarking to ensure competitiveness
- Ensure purchasing aligns with budgets and forecasts
- Collaborate with Culinary, F&B;, Housekeeping, Engineering, Spa, and Rooms to meet needs
- Monitor stock trends and optimize inventory to reduce waste
- Ensure procurement processes meet internal audits and policies
- Coordinate tendering and contract negotiations
- Review POs, supplier invoices for accuracy and compliance
- Maintain purchasing records and supplier files
- Enforce receiving and quality control procedures
- Support month-end, inventory reconciliations, and cost analysis with Finance
- Promote sustainability and responsible sourcing
- Build relationships with local and international suppliers
- Pursue opportunities for process improvements and cost optimization
- Lead and develop the Purchasing and Receiving team
- Maintain confidentiality in negotiations and procurement activities
Responsabilità
- Previous experience as Purchasing Manager or senior procurement role in luxury hospitality
- Pre-opening experience in luxury hotels is a strong advantage
- Strong knowledge of procurement, inventory management, and supplier negotiations
- Excellent financial and analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and procurement/inventory management systems
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills
- Fluency in English and Italian
- Knowledge of luxury hospitality standards and operations
- Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality
- Entrepreneurial, proactive, solution-oriented approach
