Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute strategic PR & Social Media plans to strengthen brand positioning in the Italy market.
- Cultivate relationships with media, influencers, and industry stakeholders to drive earned coverage and partnerships.
- Lead PR campaigns (press releases, media pitches, events) in collaboration with agencies and internal teams.
- Partner with Brand Managers, Central Marketing, and cross-functional teams to ensure message consistency and alignment with business goals.
- Monitor and engage with audiences on social media, addressing inquiries and feedback professionally.

- Stay ahead of industry trends, platform innovations, and PR best practices to optimize campaigns.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or a related field.
- 2+ years of hands-on PR & social media experience, with a focus on the Italy market.
- Proven success in designing and executing impactful PR/social campaigns.
- Fluent in Italian and English (written and verbal) with exceptional storytelling skills.
- Mandatory: Expertise in social media platforms, analytics tools, and community management.
- Adaptable, creative, and detail-oriented—able to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
