Property Manager - Trento

In this role, you will manage day-to-day real estate activities for the Trento site and support the expansion in Veneto. You will perform regular inspections to keep facilities up to standard and compliant with regulations, while ensuring health, safety, and environmental policies are followed. You’ll engage vendors and contractors, manage contracts, and contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and reporting on property performance.

Your on-site presence and collaboration with senior leadership will help align real estate activities with project timelines and business goals, shaping the site’s growth within Siemens Energy’s energy-transition mission.

- Oversee daily real estate operations at the Trento site to ensure smooth, compliant performance

- Conduct regular property inspections to uphold company standards and regulatory compliance

- Ensure all site activities comply with HSE policies and legal requirements

- Manage relationships with external vendors, suppliers, and contractors and monitor SLAs

- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for property-related expenses and report on property status

- 2-5 years of experience in corporate real estate or facility management

- Regular stakeholder management with senior site leadership

- Monthly travel to Veneto

- Willingness to work 100% on-site

- Strong budgeting and financial analysis skills
