Experteer Overview

In this role you will lead and coordinate cross-functional project teams to drive complex pharma initiatives. You will define objectives, KPIs, and deliverables, and manage transfer and integration plans across projects. You’ll oversee budgets, business cases, and timely reporting to support executive decisions. The position sits within Manufacturing & Global Operations, focusing on quality and continuous improvement across the value chain. This is an international, collaborative environment where you shape impactful projects that advance Grünenthal’s future.

- Lead cross-functional project teams and coordinate internal and partner collaboration
- Create and maintain transfer and integration plans for projects
- Define short- and long-term objectives, KPIs, and deliverables
- Oversee execution of integration plans and manage medium-to-high complexity projects with milestones and reporting
- Understand and plan project budgets,



including annual and forecast budgets
- Maintain and update the business case as required
- Ensure timely, high-quality decision-relevant deliverables (plans, risks, opportunities, assumptions, contracts)

Responsabilità

- 3+ years of project management experience with strong cross-functional execution
- University degree in scientific disciplines or Engineering
- 3+ years in pharmaceutical industry (formulation development, manufacturing, or QC) with strong GMP knowledge
- Ability to translate complex processes for stakeholders
- Strong emotional intelligence and resilience to navigate challenges
- Strong documentation, planning, and budget tracking skills aligned with PMTO framework
- Flexibility to work on-site during certain project phases
- Excellent communication in English and Italian
